Hi I'm Kathryn; we provide professional, stylish & unique parties. Our Themed Pony & Woodland Fairy Parties ensure your child has a party tailored to their desires. We have been hosting professional parties for over fourteen years, and best of all - we still love it! Our parties are designed for the children to have good old-fashioned fun! We are proud that our parties give your guests a unique experience. We love creating childhood memories, and we invite you to join us at our charming property
Gallop on In for an After School Party Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday
We are excited to offer busy parents a hassle-free solution for an after-school party!
Enjoy an authentic 2-hour country experience with exclusive use of our cute Pony Barn.
During the first hour, children will enjoy pony rides with a handler and have the opportunity to groom a pony.
We will also provide outdoor games for the children to play.
After this hour of activities we will leave you so you can relax and enjoy the Barn space.
Included in your package is a basic setup that consists of a table with a cloth, a jug of cottage flowers, paper plates, cups, and serviettes.
On the table, we will provide in bowls:
- 2 large bags of potato chips (ready salted and salt & vinegar)
- 1 bag of popcorn
- 4 bags of lollies
- Marshmallow twists
- Fresh fruit platter (3 pieces of cut fruit per child)
- Streets Paddle Pop Rainbow Ice Cream on a stick or a similar item
- 1 bottle of lemonade
- Water carafes
- Tea and coffee for adults
Your party can start between 3 PM and 4 PM—please let us know your preferred time.
We suggest bringing along a few games to entertain the children for the hour you have in the Barn, such as
pass the parcel, pin the tail on the donkey, or making bracelets.
You are also welcome to bring a birthday cake!
Afterschool Party $290 incl for up to six children, including the Birthday Child. For additional children, the cost is $30 per head, with a maximum of 8 children.
Mini Barn Party 2 hours
Enjoy an authentic country experience with exclusive use of our charming Pony Barn at a fraction of the cost of our fully hosted parties. The children will enjoy one hour of pony rides with a handler, and have the opportunity to groom a pony. After the hour we leave you to enjoy the rest of your party.
Inside the barn, we will provide a basic setup, table with cloth, with a jug of flowers. You are in charge and bring your own food, plates, and entertainment. You will be responsible for setting up and cleaning up after the event. T
Mini Barn Party $270 incl for up to six children, including the Birthday Child. For additional children
$16 per head, with a maximum of eight children. For this basic party there is a limit of one additional guest per child. eg 1 child, 1 parent. so 8 children could equal 2 parents 3 grandparents 3 siblings. There is a charge of $10 per bystander over the 8 allowed for.

Pony Party
The party includes one gorgeous pony, washed and well presented with an experienced handler.
Two Pony Rides around the arena each, a pony to brush and decorate while waiting to ride.
Use of games while waiting to ride Horse Shoe Toss, Egg & Spoon and Sack Races
A banquet table set in keeping of theme, quality linen, platters, plates, glassware, napkins, fresh flowers and decorations. Children sit on chairs and hay bales.

Our settings work well with Wonder Woman, Super Heroes, Toy Story, Sheriff Callie and Sophia the First. Please ask, we suggest that you enhance the theme with a few pieces of your own paper ware. eg party hats, serviettes etc
All you need to do is to invite your guests, bring the party food and drink or select from Catered Party Food - Party Pails put together by us or organise your own caterer
Tea, coffee, and water pitcher supplied for the adults.
Pony Party 2 hours $450 incl for up to 8 children. Extra children $35 per head. (please be aware extra children makes for a longer wait to ride, however, games are set up to play while they wait) you can book an extra half hour for $100 or consider
The Ultimate Party 2 hours $650 incl for up to 14 children with two riding ponies and one brushing pony, the Ultimate Party does not have a craft activity unless we are inside due to weather.
You can pay by Direct Credit, Cash, Afterpay or a Payment Plan. For more information on a Payment Plan please get in touch with us (Your plan will be worked out so your party will be paid in full two days prior to the party. Please note there is an additional cost to a Payment Plan to cover Admin )
I need to book a date
The most important thing you need to do is to secure a date and time, you can choose your theme later. Our party times are on Weekends at 10 am or 2.30 pm. Weekdays by arrangement during the term. We will send you the Booking Forms, fill them out and return them, make a deposit, invite your guests and turn up on the day with your party food & a cake.
